Bug description:
  Please sync mate-terminal 1.8.1+dfsg1-5 (universe) from Debian
  unstable (main)

  Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
    * debian/patches:
     + Add 0001_mate-terminal-wrapper.patch. Adds support for double quoted
       strings. Adapted from gnome-terminal.wrapper. (LP: #1445198).

  The mate-terminal package in Debian now carries the required terminal wrapper
  patch mentioned above and also addresses another bug. MATE is maintained in
  Debian and therefore we'd like to keep the packages in Ubuntu is sync with
  Debian whenever possible.

  The terminal wrapper patch was added late in the Ubuntu MATE 15.04 cycle to
  address a release critical bug. At the time we were unable to get an exception
  to apply the same fix in Debian Jessie because Jessie was unaffected by the
  issue and also approaching final release.
