[Bug 1445829] Please test proposed package

Hello Sam_, or anyone else affected,

Accepted totem-plugin-arte into utopic-proposed. The package will build
now and be available at https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/totem-
plugin-arte/3.2.1-2ubuntu0.14.10.2 in a few hours, and then in the
-proposed repository.

Please help us by testing this new package.  See
https://wiki.ubuntu.com/Testing/EnableProposed for documentation how to
enable and use -proposed.  Your feedback will aid us getting this update
out to other Ubuntu users.

If this package fixes the bug for you, please add a comment to this bug,
mentioning the version of the package you tested, and change the tag
from verification-needed to verification-done. If it does not fix the
bug for you, please add a comment stating that, and change the tag to
verification-failed.  In either case, details of your testing will help
us make a better decision.

  No video playback possible - side pane empty

Bug description:
  [Impact]
  The current totem-plugin-arte package found in Utopic and Trusty is unusable.
  Because of changes Arte made to it's Website, the plugin is unable to extract any video URL. It is therefore useless.

  Note that that Vivid can't be fixed. See LP: #1446775

  [Test Case]
  - Install the totem-plugin-arte package on Utopic or Trusty
  - Launch totem, activate the Arte plugin
  - The Arte video feed should appear on the side panel
  - Double click on a video to play it

  [Regression Potential]
  I don't see any.
  The patch is quite simple and was accepted upstream.
  Beside, the current package is broken.

  The plugin is activated but nothing displayed although
  .cache/totem/plugins/arteplus7 contents the previews.
