the explanation is simple.

we can't have a virtualbox package built against both mesa and mesa-lts
and xorg and xorg-lts.

so my proposed solution is to keep the virtualbox package as it is now,
and to create a new virtualbox-lts-utopic package that should be built
with the lts releases.
