Unsubscribing ubuntu-sponsors as this will not make it as a feature
freeze exception.

I will provide updated packages in my ppa and in ubuntugis.

  Fix saga FTBFS on vivid

Status in saga package in Ubuntu:
  New

Bug description:
  Saga (v2.1.4) fails to build with the version of libvigraimpex in
  vivid.

  I suggest removing the plugin. This will not harm users as this plugin
  was also disabled in the current package of saga.

  I've attached a debdiff that disables libvigraimpex.
