Thank you for the patch. I was wondering if 2.1.2 -> 2.1.4 purely bug
fixes, no new features? See
https://wiki.ubuntu.com/FreezeExceptionProcess for why further
information is needed. Fixing the FTBFS would essentially bring the new
version into vivid.

Looking at http://sourceforge.net/p/saga-gis/wiki/Changelog%202.1.3/ and
http://sourceforge.net/p/saga-gis/wiki/Changelog%202.1.4/ there are a
few enchantments, UI changes and additions in addition to bug fixes, so
this bug would need to be modified to be Feature Freeze Exception.

Status in saga package in Ubuntu:
  New

Bug description:
  Saga (v2.1.4) fails to build with the version of libvigraimpex in
  vivid.

  I suggest removing the plugin. This will not harm users as this plugin
  was also disabled in the current package of saga.

  I've attached a debdiff that disables libvigraimpex.
