Bug description:
  SRU justification

  [Impact]

  While memory load is high, libvirtd could be crashed(segfault) if you
  command something ( destroy, migrate, etc )

  [Test Case]

  Cannot reproduce easily this problem because this is from specific
  situation. ( sometimes while high mem load )
