Title:
Sync gupnp 0.20.14-1 (main) from Debian unstable (main)

Status in gupnp package in Ubuntu:
  Fix Released

Bug description:
Please sync gupnp 0.20.14-1 (main) from Debian unstable (main)

Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
    * No change rebuild to get debug symbols on all architectures.
    * Merge from Debian unstable. Remaining changes:
      + Build using dh-autoreconf.
  Builds fine on ppc64le anyway
