Luke, disappointed that you synced this over my delta. The delta is not
applied in Debian - they just used dh-autoreconf, which does not always
replace config.{sub,guess}, depending on whether AM_INIT_AUTOMAKE is
invoked.
You could also see from the build logs in Debian that the latest release
does not build on arm64 due to an outdated config.{sub,guess}, whereas
it did in Ubuntu.
I'll upload a fix, but please be more careful (and that goes for you
too, Jackson!).
