  * Bump Standards-Version to 3.9.6 (no changes required).
  * Drop deprecated build dependency python-support.

Bug description:
  Please sync znc 1.6.0-1 (universe) from Debian experimental (main)

  ZNC 1.6 introduces a large number of additional changes, but adds
  several security changes which are beneficial.  It introduces SSL
  Protocol selection, SSL Cipher selection, updates the ZNC default
  supported protocols and ciphers to be stronger (and to drop SSLv3 by
  default), and adds Trusted Certificate fingerprint identification for
  servers which do not have 'valid' SSL certificates.

  Additional good useful changes are that the 'awaynick' module has been
  dropped in favor of simple_away - this disables 'away nicks' which
  makes it better on channels who hate away nicks.  It replaces that
  functionality with a simple away status instead of an away nick.
