Title:
ubuntu-desktop should recommend activity-log-manager instead of
  activity-log-manager-control-center

Status in ubuntu-meta package in Ubuntu:
  Fix Released

Bug description:
activity-log-manager-control-center is a transitional package, so
  ubuntu-desktop shouldn't recommend it.

It should recommend activity-log-manager instead, which is the single
  dependency of activity-log-manager-control-center.
