This merge proposal adds integration for the MATE desktop, specifically so that Ubuntu MATE 15.04 can ship with full Compiz support.

  * Added matecompat plugin, derived from gnomecompat.
  * Added mate integration, derived from gnome integration but removes all Unity features.
  * Added mate.ini profile.
  * Added detection of mate session to correctly export COMPIZ_CONFIG_PROFILE.
  * Removed conflicting org.compiz.integrated.gschema.xml from MATE integration that clobbers the one generated by the GNOME integration.
