Bug description:
  Please sync golang-golang-x-tools 1:0.0~git20151026.0.0f9d71c-2
  (universe) from Debian unstable (main)

  Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
    * New upstream version.
    * Updates now that cover and vet are also part of the main golang distribution.
    * Disable two slow tests that time out on some builders (godoc and go/ssa/interp).

  These were changes I made because we uploaded Go 1.5 from Debian. Now we now
  longer need the delta.
