NB: it only requires a feature freeze exception if it's a featureful
upload.  if the differences between rc1 and final are just bugfixes, no
need to enumerate.

Bug description:
  Go 1.5 final was released recently so I've prepared packages for that,
  fixing a couple of bugs that have been reported since.

  There are source packages and debdiffs at
