[Bug 1471344] [NEW] The wubi.exe provided on the 15.04 and 15.10 install ISOs

Near as I can tell, at worst WUBI isn't supported, or if it is, only for
Windows 7 and earlier, and probably only for versions 14.04 or earlier.
What I have seen in a couple of places is that Wubi is on the 15.04 iso
but it seems to try to install 14.10.  In other words, mismatched.  What
is the official word on Wubi support?  It shouldn't be in the 15.10 iso
unless it actually works.
