Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
  * Build with -gnu89-inline.
  *Just a sync request for including kodi 15.1 stable in Ubuntu Wily 15.10 after feature/debianimport freeze date of 08-20-2015. PS also include updated kodi PVR addons https://github.com/kodi-pvr instead the old 13.x xbmc ones.

  * Stop using embedded gnulib modules in rsxs screensaver (Closes: #795813)
  * Add missing copyright paragraphs to d/copyright
  * Stop marking files as excluded which are removed from upstream tarball
    already
  * Bump standards version to 3.9.6
  * New upstream release 15.1

  * Move TexturePacker to kodi-bin
