Title:
  gnome welcome tour

Status in Ubuntu GNOME:
  Fix Released
Status in gnome-getting-started-docs package in Ubuntu:
  Fix Released

Bug description:
gnome-setting-started-docs has now been split up into langpacks.
English is seeded and localised versions should get install when doing
  a non-english install.

So we need a script to launch the gnome-welcome-tour, similar to what
fedora have at the end of gnome-initial-setup. It should only run on
the users first login, so will need a autostart desktop file and
wrapper script that places a stamp in the users .cache/ dir or
  similar.
