Checking the debdiff, there's only auxiliary files and documentation
updated + simple bugfixes.

Bug description:
  This new upstream bugfix release fixes a serious Debian policy
  violation (licensing of Cephes library), and also a UI issue:

    bug #1276783 non-ASCII characters can not be typed

    * Add Build-Depends on texlive-fonts-recommended.

    * copyright: Convert to DEP-5 format and overhaul information.  Include
      e-mail from cephes author regarding its licensing; thanks to Helen
      Faulkner for driving that for the labplot packages many years ago.
