Title:
flashplugin-installer should depend on libnspr4 and libnss3 instead of
  libnspr4-0d and libnss3-1d

Bug description:
flashplugin-installer should depend on libnspr4 and libnss3 instead of
  libnspr4-0d and libnss3-1d

libnspr4-0d is a transitional package to ensure smooth transition of
  all packages to libnspr4.

libnss3-1d is a transitional package to ensure smooth transition of
  all packages to libnss3.

  [Impact]

  flashplugin-installer depends on libnspr4-0d and libnss3-1d, which
means libnspr4-0d and libnss3-1d cannot be removed from the system.

  [Test Case]

  * Install flashplugin-installer, and verify that libnspr4-0d and
libnss3-1d are not installed with it.

  * If it is already installed, you should be able to run 'apt-get purge
  libnspr4-0d' without removing flashplugin-installer.

  * You should be able to run 'apt-get purge libnss3-1d' without
removing flashplugin-installer, but be aware that openjdk-7-jre-
headless and ecryptfs-utils still currently depend on libnss3-1d, so
that may prevent you from removing it.

  [Regression Potential]

There are no code changes. The fix only removes two dependencies on a
  transitional packages.
