    closes: 755862, 756891
  * Added debug packages. (Closes: 659364)
  * Made the additional binaries into separate packages.

Bug description:
  The latest updates (1.15.1-5) fixes issues in packaging that could
  cause problems/headaches for users in Utopic. Please consider this for
  a universe FFE, there are several important packaging changes
  including policy fixes:
