Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
  * Use dh_autotools-dev to update config.{sub,guess} for new ports.
    Closes: #533685.
  * Rebuild to pick up new libgc package name
  * Rebuild to pick up the new libgc1c3 dependency.
Fixed in debian + bugfixes
