Bug description:
  Please sync libhdf4 4.2.10-3 (universe) from Debian sid (main)

  Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
    * New upstream version.
    * New upstream version.
    * New upstream version.

  I have used the ubuntu version for building 4.2.10-1~exp1, the subsequent releases contain other patches to improve libhdf4.
  I should add that the source tarball is rather different between the ubuntu version and the debian version. It contains the same upstream version, but in ubuntu it is actually a tarball containing a tarball with the source, automatic diffs may yield many differences.

  Note that fixes in package 4.2.10-2 contain a fix for issue lp:1296303
