This bug was fixed in the package blas - 1.2.20110419-10
Sponsored for Rico Tzschichholz (ricotz)

---------------
blas (1.2.20110419-10) unstable; urgency=medium

  [ Alastair McKinstry ]
  * Add pkg-config file blas-netlib.pc and alternatives. Closes: #764372.

blas (1.2.20110419-9) unstable; urgency=medium

  * On any-i386 and m68k, compile test programs with -ffloat-store. This
    has become necessary with gfortran 4.9 (maybe because the
    -fno-whole-file option has been removed, though I don't really
    understand the interaction of both options). (Closes: #762484)

blas (1.2.20110419-8) unstable; urgency=medium

  * Drop obsolete code in maintainer scripts to deal with the transition
    libblas.so.3gf => libblas.so.3.
  * Remove Sylvestre Ledru from Uploaders. Thanks Sylvestre for your work!
  * Bump Standards-Version to 3.9.6, no changes needed.
  * Add empty arch:any package libblas-common. All BLAS/LAPACK
    implementations will now depend on this package. The goal is to make
    BLAS implementations multi-arch safe by preventing the
    co-installability of, say, libblas3:amd64 and libatlas3-base:i386. See
    #760936 for more details. On the longer term, the right solution is of
    course to make BLAS implementations M-A:same.

Bug description:
  Please sync blas 1.2.20110419-10 (main) from Debian unstable (main)

  Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
    * Cherry-pick from Debian blas 1.2.20110419-9 to fix FTBFS on i386;
      thanks to Sébastien Villemot:
