  Please sync libepc 0.4.4-3 (universe) from Debian unstable (main)

  Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
    * No change rebuild against gnutls28.
    * Manually patch libtool files to add support for ppc64el.
  Fixed in debian
