[Bug 1376069] [NEW] Recommend unity-control-center | gnome-control-center

gnome-media is patched to use unity-control-center under Unity (and
gnome-flashback sessions) but only recommends gnome-control-center at
the moment. This will cause gnome-control-center (and g-s-d) to get
pulled in when not necessarily required
