Since the PPA package in comment #13 doesn't seem to work, once again,
there is nothing to sponsor here.

I'm unsubscribing ubuntu-sponsors for now. Please attach a debdiff to
fix this issue, and when that is done, re-subscribe ubuntu-sponsors
again.
