Bug description:
  Please sync mhash 0.9.9.9-7 (main) from Debian unstable (main)

  Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
    * Added pkgconfigdir definition
      debian/patches/pkgconfigdir.patch
      Fixes FTBS
  The Debian change is cleaner and fixes the FTBFS as well.
