** Description changed:
When I click on a image to open image with pinta, I cannot see pinta in
the menu. Please use following Exec line in pinta.desktop file:
Exec=pinta %F
rather than
Exec=pinta
+
+
+ =========================================
+
+ SRU PROCESS
+
+ [Impact]
+
+ * As explained above the omission of %F in the exec line of the desktop
+ file leads to pinta not being registered as an image handler.
+ * The fix is to upload a commit made upstream in 1.4
+
+ [Test Case]
+
+ * Open Nautilus
+ * Visit a folder containing a jpg file
+ * right-click on the jpg file and choose "Open with"
+
+ [Regression Potential]
+
+ * The lack of %F was just an omission that upstream rectified and we
+ should, too
** Patch added: "SRU debdiff for trusty"
