[Bug 1390224] [NEW] Enable gnome-shell search provider

gnome-terminal needs a build-dep on gnome-shell to build the search
provider but this is only to get a copy of the search provider dbus
interface xml file. So instead we can provide a local copy of this file
and avoid the build-dep on shell.
