Bug description:
  Please sync librelp 1.2.7-1 (main) from Debian unstable (main)

  Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
    * debian/{rules,control}: switch from autotools-dev to autoreconf.
  Upstream updated the libtool files, so it should not longer FTBFS on ppc64el. I grepped for the appropriate strings in the source.
