Title:
  Sync smc 1.9+git20121121-1.1 (universe) from Debian unstable (main)

Status in “smc” package in Ubuntu:
  In Progress

Bug description:
  Please sync smc 1.9+git20121121-1.1 (universe) from Debian unstable
  (main)

  Explanation of Ubuntu changes and why they can be dropped:
    * Rebuild against boost1.55
    * Bump to boost 1.54.

  The Debian package has changed to versionless dependency on boost
  libraries, so the version number no longer needs to be adjusted for a
  new boost release.

  New changelog entries since 1.9+git20121121-1ubuntu2:

  smc (1.9+git20121121-1.1) unstable; urgency=medium

    * Non-maintainer upload.
    * Fix "boost 1.53 is going away" by removing versioned dependencies
      on boost libraries (Closes: #731018)
