Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
* Build using dh_autoreconf.
* Build using dh_autoreconf.
* Update config.{guess,sub} for AArch64.
* Update config.{guess,sub} for AArch64.
Debian uses autoreconf already.
