Explanation of Ubuntu changes and why they can be dropped:
  * debian/control: Add vala 0.24

Support for vala 0.24 was added to the Debian package. (Support for 0.20
and 0.22 was dropped at the same time though, not sure whether that will
be a problem for Ubuntu)

New changelog entries since 0.3.2~git20140116-2ubuntu1:

valadoc (0.3.2~git20140325-1) unstable; urgency=low

  * new upstream snapshot
   - add support for vala 0.24
   - add support for vala 0.26
  * Drop support for vala 0.20 and 0.22
  * Enable support for vala 0.24 (Closes: #745417)
