Status in “accountsservice” package in Ubuntu:
  Fix Released

Bug description:
  Now that accountsservice is configured with --enable-systemd, a
  /lib/systemd/system/accounts-daemon.service gets installed into
  debian/tmp, but it is not packaged anywhere. The absence of the file
  prevents gdm from starting successfully:
