Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
  * Sync from Debian
  * Support stable tracker-1.0
    - git_check_tracker_1-0.patch
    - debian/control.in: bump dep on tracker-spargl-1.0-dev
    - debian/rules: autoreconf

Tracker 1.0 support is included upstream as of 3.12, so the current delta
can be dropped.
