  Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
    * Merge from Debian unstable.  Remaining changes:
      - debian/control: Updated versioned requirement of debhelper.
      - debian/control: Recommend foomatic-db-compressed-ppds to get the PPDs
        for this printer driver. Recommend foomatic-db only as an alternative.
      - debian/rules: Use dh-autoreconf, resolving FTBFS on ppc64el.
      - debian/rules: Install Apport hook (only on Ubuntu)
    * debian/rules: Put CPPFLAGS and LDFLAGS for the ./configure command line
      in quotes.
    * Merge from Debian unstable.  Remaining changes:
      - debian/control: Updated versioned requirement of debhelper.
