[Impact]
Every characters over U+AA60 will shown as '?' in dash.
It's critical to Korean user because every hangul character(Korean alphabet) is over U+AA60.

[Test Case]
1. Install Ubuntu with Korean language.
2. Open dash.
3. See if dash show application's name as set of '?'.
