Actually the shell wrapper is not necessary anymore because setup.py  is
building one for us (cf. "entry_points"), this is also the reason of the
new dependency on pkg_resources (which is use in the generated wrapper).

I pushed a topic branch for this patch, don't hesitate to try it.

I'm not confident with ubuntu process, but anyway, I'de rather push a
small non-intrusive diff than a new upstream version relying on a new
interpreter version (pythone2→3).
