Title:
Sync python-apt 0.9.3.3 (main) from Debian unstable (main)

Status in “python-apt” package in Ubuntu:
  Fix Released

Bug description:
Please sync python-apt 0.9.3.3 (main) from Debian unstable (main)

Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:

  are no other changes.

Changelog entries since current trusty version 0.9.3.2ubuntu2:

  python-apt (0.9.3.3) unstable; urgency=medium

    * aptsources/sourceslist.py: ensure that our sources are opened with UTF-8
encoding, regardless of the current locale, and handle the sources lines
as Unicode internally for consistency between python2 and python3.
      LP: #1069019.
