Thank you for your bug report. Note that trusty is feature frozen, so if
you want it added before release you are going to need an exception (see
https://wiki.ubuntu.com/FreezeExceptionProcess for details)

Bug description:
  charmworldlib is a Python library to interact with charmworld
  (http://manage.jujucharms.com/) which is the back bone to the charm
  browser. Several tools rely on charmworld lib, including newer
  versions of charm-tools.
