Tested the package without seeing regressions via my own build at ppa
:timo-jyrinki/ppa (https://launchpad.net/~timo-
jyrinki/+archive/ppa/+files/shimmer-themes_1.7.1-0ubuntu1.dsc) - the
only change being changing from UNRELEASED to trusty.

I've checked with upstream https://github.com/shimmerproject git
branches that each orig tarball matches (diff -urN) the upstream. So
this would be fine to upload, and I'm trying to find a sponsor.

      - orion_fix_abiwaord_rulers_page_bg.patch: dropped, included upstream.
    * Update Standards-Version to 3.5
