Dear Release Team,

I would like to sync golang-go-xdg from debian unstable.

This package is not installed on an end users system but used for
package building of other golang originated binaries used for Ubuntu
Touch (goget-ubuntu-touch and ubuntu push notifications benefit from
these).

This should be covered by the spirit of the general touch FFe in bug
1208989

Please sync golang-go-xdg 0~bzr20140219-1 (universe) from Debian
unstable (main)
