Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
  * Rebuild for tracker 1.0:
    - debian/patches/git_bump_tracker_1-0.patch
    - debian/control: Bump tracker build-deps to 1.0
    - debian/rules: use autoreconf
  * debian/patches/git_remove_GNOME_COMMON_INIT.patch: fix build failure
  * Add depends on grilo-plugins-0.2. LP: #1300521
  * Fix up copyright file.
  * Initial release (LP: #1279151)
Debian is based on ubuntu + tracker fixed upstream
