Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
  * Merge from Debian unstable.  Remaining changes:
    - debian/patches/git_remove_e4x.patch:
      + Remove e4x in preparation for spidermonkey 24.
    - debian/watch:
      + Watch for stable releases.
Fixed in debian
