Please sync gnustep-make 2.6.6-1 (universe) from Debian unstable (main)

Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
  * Use dh_autotools-dev to update config.{sub,guess} for AArch64.
Fixed in debian

Changelog entries since current utopic version 2.6.2-2.1ubuntu1:

gnustep-make (2.6.6-1) unstable; urgency=low

  * New upstream release:
    - Fixes FTBFS with make 4.0 (Closes: #747028).
  * Ack NMU, thanks David Prévot.
  * debian/rules (debian/$(p_make)-configure-stamp, clean): Use
    dh_autotools-dev to update config.{sub,guess} files; thanks Matthias

    (Vcs-Git, Vcs-Browser): Use canonical URIs.
