Bug description:
  Please sync libvsqlitepp 0.3.13-3 (universe) from Debian unstable
  (main)

  Explanation of Ubuntu changes and why they can be dropped:
    * Bump to Boost 1.54.

  The Debian package has changed to versionless dependency on boost
  library, so the version number no longer needs to be adjusted for a
  new boost release.

  New changelog entries since 0.3.12-1ubuntu1:

  libvsqlitepp (0.3.13-3) unstable; urgency=medium

    * Dropped obsolete "libboost1.53-dev" from Build-Depends (Closes:
  #749862).
