  Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
    * Sync from debian git. (LP: #1303706)
    * New upstream release.
    * libxkbcommon0.symbols: Added three new symbol
  Fixed in debian

  Changelog entries since current utopic version 0.4.1-0ubuntu1:

  libxkbcommon (0.4.1-2) unstable; urgency=medium

    * Make libxkbcommon-x11 depend on the same version of libxkbcommon0
      (Closes: #755724)

    * libxkbcommon0.symbols: Added three new symbols.

    * Make libxkbcommon-x11-dev depend on libxcb1-dev and libxcb-xkb-dev which
      it specifies in Requires.private. This is necessary for static builds.
