Bug description:
  The 13G line of Dell PowerEdge servers will be rolling out later this
  year.

  A patch was submitted upstream recently to add support into ipmitool
  for these new servers:

  http://sourceforge.net/p/ipmitool/patches/102/

  We need to get this into ipmitool for Trusty and Utopic so that we are
  ready for 13G.
