Since Ryan said he doesn't want to pursue an SRU, there is nothing to
sponsor for 12.04. Marking Won't Fix. Feel free to adjust if someone can
follow this through.

Bug description:
STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
1) Install "gnome-panel" to have Ubuntu Classic
2) Login to Ubuntu Gnome Classic with Effects
3) Click on the Time Indicator
4) Select "Time and Date Settings"
5) System Settings is opened. We have to find "date and time"
manually.
DESIRED OUTPUT:
4) Select "Time and Date Settings"
5) System Settings---------> "Date and Time" should be opened.
