Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
  * Use the autotools-dev dh addon to update config.guess/config.sub for
    arm64.
  * No-change rebuild against current pkgbinarymangler to fix broken
    md5sums. (see LP #875466)

Explanation: All of the above changes in the Ubuntu delta have been
integrated into the gloox package in Debian.

  * Update Vcs-* links to point to collab-maint.
  * Remove redundant README.Debian.
  * Update watch file.
