  Please upload mythes-sv to the archive

Bug description:
  There is currently no Swedish thesaurus for LibreOffice in the Ubuntu
  archive (or in Debian). I have prepared the tiny package mythes-sv for
  the purpose in the hope that it can be uploaded to Ubuntu.

  It's available in my PPA at https://launchpad.net/~gunnarhj/+archive
  /mythes-sv and in the linked Bazaar branch.
